The service provided by Shifa is consistently average. I have been using their app for a few months now, and while it gets the job done, it lacks any standout features or exceptional service. The user interface is quite simple and easy to navigate, but it could definitely benefit from some additional improvements. Overall, I would say Shifa is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
