Unfortunately, I am forced to express a negative opinion about the electrolux service. On July 24, I purchased a faulty microwave oven. After filing the complaint, a service technician appeared, who confirmed the defect and informed that the part for replacement should be ordered. During the second visit, about a month later, he stated that he had to order a "tape" and for an undefined reason he disconnected the device. We have September 15 today. Facebook contact is not responding. The lady who dealt with the case from the beginning does not answer. I sincerely advise against contacting this company. I wonder if anyone here will read this opinion. Application number 41161/2020.
In fact, the service contacted me and I was informed that the repair would be done on 09/21. Today is 09/25 and the device is still disconnected. Some of them did not arrive, and the complaint process is ongoing from the end of July !!!
