As a local who used to frequent this dispensary, I m sad to see the way in which it s gone.. customer service used to be top notch! I didn t mind waiting long periods of time because I knew the type of service they were giving and of course I expected the same.. however I am very disappointed with my last 3 visits. I started doing online orders to expedite the process just to be stopped and told that not only do they not update their site but the site also includes inaccurate pricing! On several occasions, they either did not have what I ordered or the pricing was wrong. Each time leading to horrible solutions that even included getting security involved for whatever reason! Until they have a functioning site, they need to discontinue online ordering! I have been coming here since recreational marijuana has been legalized, coming in maybe 3 or 4 times a week and they have great employees but the newest ones do not know how to treat their customers and for that I am disappointed and probably will not be back after the service they provided tonight
