I have been using Grapeshot for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and their customer support is quite helpful. However, there are a few areas where they can improve. The loading time of the website is a bit slow and sometimes I experience crashes. Overall, it is a decent company with room for improvement.
