I am a CUSTOMER and I must say, CLEF Japan is just average. The website looks good but the customer service needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the overall experience was not as smooth as I expected. However, they did deliver the product on time, so that's a plus. I hope they work on their communication skills in the future. Overall, an average experience.
