I had a mixed experience with Peck's drain cleaning. While their plumber was knowledgeable and friendly, the issue with our drain was not fully resolved, and we had to call them back. The second visit fixed the problem, but the inconvenience of needing two visits was frustrating. They need to improve their first-time fix rate.
