I have been a customer of Mrc sales & service for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While their prices are competitive, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support. It can sometimes be difficult to get a timely response or resolution. However, their products are of good quality and I have never had any major issues with them. Overall, I would rate my experience with Mrc sales & service as average.
