I went to the store to fix the cover of my Asus laptop. I paid me $208. When I came to get the laptop the screen was broken. They told me they could refund me $60 or I could get a new screen. I said I wanted a new screen. I went back to the store again and noticed they replaced it with a screen that had a defect on it. I said I wanted them to fix it properly and the technician guy started to feel super nervous and angry. Told me to go talk to his manager. I talked to the boss and he said the parts already come like this and that it's not their fault. He added that most of the parts he orders from Asus come like that, and if I replace the screen again, he could not promise it would be completely fixed (If you can t fix the screen, he should've told me that from the beginning). Obviously, I asked for the total refund, but he told me he could only offer me $97 which was the total money for the hours worked on the laptop. In conclusion, I went to the store to fix the laptop and he came worse that what it was and paid $111. I asked for an email to file a complaint. I went online and found out that the email the manager gave me was his own! The service was terrible, and I do not recommend anyone going to this store.
