I've used hostwinds for a while now. I've never had any issues and love the ability to up all the server stats on the fly during our busy seasons. Speed is good, and the price isn't bad at all. Especially considering I never have to worry about unplanned server upgrades & PHP changes affecting my clients' websites.
I like the control panel they use - nice eye catchy and functional - it is worth it.
Recommend them highly!
