I have been using Fitplan España for a few weeks now and I can say that it's been a great experience so far. The trainers are knowledgeable and the workouts are effective. I love how the app tracks my progress and keeps me motivated. The exercises are challenging but not overwhelming. Overall, I am very happy with Fitplan España and would recommend it to others.
