I had a not-so-pleasant experience with Home 2 Market. The communication was lacking and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The process took longer than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. However, after expressing my frustrations, they made an effort to improve and eventually resolved the issues. While my experience wasn't perfect, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.
