I had an average experience with Stratus Helicopters, LLC. The customer service was adequate, but I expected more from a company of this caliber. The helicopter tour I took was just okay, nothing special. I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either. I might consider using their services again in the future, but I'm not in a hurry.
