I have been a loyal customer of this sports company for a while now. The overall experience with Tsi sports, inc. has been average. The product variety and quality are decent, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are reasonable, but occasionally I have found the same products for cheaper prices elsewhere. The customer service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I hope Tsi sports, inc. takes customer feedback into consideration and implements necessary changes to improve their overall offering.
