I recently purchased some products from Noise and I have to say, I'm disappointed. The quality of the products was not up to the mark and the customer service was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my query. Their website, noisenewyork.com, could use improvement as well. Overall, my experience was below average and I wouldn't recommend them.
