I had a rather mixed experience with Gene Keys LLC US. The company website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products. However, the customer service could be improved. I had some issues with my order and it took longer than expected to resolve them. The product itself was of decent quality, but I found it to be slightly overpriced. Overall, I would rate Gene Keys LLC US as average.
