I recently took a Cambridge exam at Ecus Educational and overall it was an okay experience. The facilities were decent and the examiners were competent. However, the customer service could have been better. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and the staff didn't seem very attentive. Nevertheless, I was able to complete the exam without any major issues.
