I had an average experience shopping with Pt. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. The products I ordered were of decent quality, but their customer service needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times. However, they eventually resolved my issue. Overall, I would consider their service average.
