The hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are large enough. The breakfast is nice.
However, I must share my experience of check in. I had the credit card of Hdfc and they wanted to block the amount equivalent to my stay in the hotel. The card was not honoured and fortunately , I had card of SCB and that was accepted..
Later on while enquiring with Hdfc, I came to know that this property might have been blacklisted by Hdfc and that's the reason the card was not accepted.
At times, if your amount is reserved and you cancell the stay, the hotel should return the money. In case the hotels fail to return the money then the banks blacklist the property and one can face similar issue.
Rest of the experience with the hotel was good.
