I had an average experience with Intellijoule. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
