I recently shipped some goods using a freight company and had a positive experience. The services provided were efficient and prompt. I was pleased with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication. Sometimes it was difficult to reach them, and I had to make multiple calls to get a response. Nevertheless, I would consider using their services again in the future.
