CrossFit is a great workout but the management of 13 Stripes is terrible. Rarely does a person answer when you call and you're unable to leave a message because their voicemail box is too full. If you email them, it takes days to get an answer. I had purchased a Groupon deal and was unable to use all my classes before its expiration date. I emailed Crossfit on a Wednesday, received a response on a Saturday to which I responded to within the hour asking a follow-up question but today (Monday - my Groupon's expiration date) I'm still unable to register for classes past the expiration date. 13 Stripes offers such an awesome workout but it's disorganization lends to the awful customer service.
