Pendragon plc is an average company. The services provided by them are just okay. I have used their services a few times, but they didn't leave a lasting impression on me. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience could have been better. Their website, pendragonplc.com, is easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I expected more from a company of their caliber. I would rate them as average.
