I recently had an experience with this company while seeking legal assistance, and overall, it was average. The website was professional-looking and easy to navigate, which made it convenient for me to find the information I needed. However, I found it slightly challenging to reach out to them directly, as I had to fill out a contact form before speaking to anyone. Once I did get in touch with them, though, the customer service was satisfactory. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries but lacked that personal touch. The legal advice I received was standard, nothing outstanding, but it did address my concerns. While my experience was average, I appreciated the company's professionalism and their willingness to assist me.
