Very disappointed with the new ownership of Sun Toyota. We worked out a deal on Sunday, June 5th to purchase a used Toyota, including paying a $1000.00 down payment. The salesman we were dealing with went on vacation, but had everything worked out to close the deal on Thursday, June 9th. On Tuesday called the salesperson handling our transaction to change the date to Friday, June 10th. Talked to Sun Toyota Associates on Wednesday and Thursday confirming the closing for Friday. Friday afternoon 2 hours before scheduled time to be at dealership, received phone call that they had sold the car we had purchased, earlier in the week. Cannot believe this dealership can be either this unorganized or unprofessional. We had no choice but to buy another vehicle there because of our circumstances, we wanted a stick shift......over 700 vehicles no manual transmission vehicles available. My son got a car but definitely not the car we originally agreed to. Just very disappointed in how this situation can transpire at a major dealership. I know the former owner would never let a situation like this transpire.
