I recently purchased a product from Red Herring and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The website was not user-friendly and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The customer service was slow and unhelpful when I had a question. The product itself was of average quality, but it did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend Red Herring based on my experience.
