I've been practicing at Power Yoga Evolution for a few months now, and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The classes are challenging but adaptable, allowing me to push my boundaries and improve my practice. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a great energy. Highly recommend!
