1. It was not crowded. Capacity was about 50-60%. So you do not have standard answers anymore.
2. If there is no fast food, then the serving / attitude and some food should not be fast food. meaning:
a) when you put on the table, put everything, sauces, etc
b) when the customer asks for burger medium (which has 2 slices of meat) then both be medium, not just one, logical.
c) After finishing the customer's food, if you are interested in his opinion, you can ask him, from there you get quality feedback for you and know what to improve. That if you're interested in his opinion.
d) When leaving the pub / restaurant customer you are, welcome him, that you are not just fast food.

3. No one cares why it lasts for 50 minutes.
You are not the only burger pub, there are others of quality can over, and the waiting time is similar in half. I'm not the only one complaining about this problem. So it can be different. If you want to think it's a problem, okay. If you want to improve it, do it! If you're not interested, nature is neutral.
