I recently purchased a watch from diefendorffwatches.com and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the watch looks great and the build quality seems good. However, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions before making the purchase and it took them a while to get back to me. Also, the shipping took longer than expected. Overall, the watch is decent but the overall experience could have been better.
