I recently visited this eyecare professionals for an eye exam and new glasses. The staff was polite and the office was clean. The optometrist was thorough and knowledgeable, providing a comprehensive examination. However, I found the selection of frames to be somewhat limited and pricey. Additionally, the wait time was longer than expected, even with an appointment. I also felt that the overall customer service could have been more attentive and personable. The website navigation was user-friendly, but lacked detailed information about the range of services offered. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciated the quality of the eye examination, but felt there was room for improvement in terms of product affordability and customer interaction.
