I recently used the services of Instructional Technologies, Inc and found the experience to be average. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of resources available. However, I encountered some technical issues with accessing certain materials, which was frustrating. The customer support team was responsive in addressing my concerns, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope that the company can improve their technology and customer service to better serve their users in the future.
