My experience with Southern States Toyotalift was average. The staff were polite and helpful, but the process of getting my forklift serviced took longer than expected. It was frustrating to have my forklift out of commission for an extended period of time. Once the service was completed, the forklift worked fine, but the delay was inconvenient. I would recommend this dealership, but advise others to inquire about the service time beforehand.
