Having my home built with Saint Aubyn Homes has been and still is the worst experience I have gone through with a home builder!! I am honestly so dissatisfied with this home I wish I would have never built with them! From the very beginning it has only been problems with the sales person Matt I dealt with during the build till now which is 4 months of living in the home. we are now on our third warranty ticket for so many issues!!! The house was built with no pride at all and for have paying almost $600k for it the workmanship is a disgrace at best!!! From day one i noticed so many things wrong and bad such as the hammering in the water pipes that has been looked at 4 times now and it still does it to this day. now the ground under the driveway and front patio is settling and there is a 4-5 inch gap that i can stick my hand into. that is just 2 of the most recent items. I have also heard that there has been a lot of people fired from this company higher up due to how all of these homes were built so fast and poorly which I'm not surprised but it doesn't change the fact of what they sold to me! I will be reaching out to ANYONE AND EVERYONE regarding all of this until I talk to the right person to get my home fixed!!! Buyer beware don't ever build a home with this company!!!
