Service Department has been apathetic with a Radio...

Service Department has been apathetic with a Radio issue with our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We are currently experiencing the UCONNECT radio randomly turning up the volume to MAX while driving. We used to be able to mute it and now we can't. WE have taken to the Dealership twice but they haven't been able to fix the problem. All they do is software updates.
Very Disappointing.
