The pleasant office staff can coordinate booking over the phone or you can easily schedule appointments with their online system. I sought out physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment for soft tissue injuries. Matt Redekopp (physiotherapist) and Dr Ryan Flatt (chiropractic) were both very knowledgeable and professional. Each treatment included an assessment with progressive exercises, hands on treatment and positive results. The practitioners work together to meet your recovery needs and provide exercises, strength training, and stretches to enhance your recovery in a timely manner. I highly recommend Performance Integrated Health.
