I had an overall positive experience with Virtual Mirror. The virtual try-on feature was helpful in narrowing down my options and finding the right pair of glasses. The website was easy to use, and the customer service was responsive. However, I wish there were more frame options available. Despite that, I still recommend Virtual Mirror for online glasses shopping!
