We scheduled an appointment via Facebook messenger sent photos of what we were looking for prior to the appointment. When we arrived she had no record of the appointment the front desk person spoke with jessica who didn't recall she never apologized or even offered assistance she left us with the front desk person who stated she was new but would try to help. She showed us 2 dresses none of which had been discussed with Jessica via the messages. The young lady apologized she couldn't be more help. Prior to our visit we were very excited about the appointment and was hoping this shop would be our final destination because she had me sold just by her frequent responses
And answering of questions via Facebook needless to say We were very disappointed that we drove the distance to only be pushed aside.
