Poor quality, craftsmanship, & customer service. From the beginning this was a bad experience. It took multiple emails & phone calls to place our order. Due to NO communication back from this company. Then when we picked up our shirt order the screen print was printed on the wrong side of the shirt. We were told we would receive a refund for their mistake. Then we discovered we were missing a shirt & received the wrong sizes. The Manager Crystal Brown not only refused to work with us on this matter but withdrew the refunds for printing on the wrong side of the shirt. We asked repeatedly to speak with her boss & she would never let us. VERY POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE. We even offered to return the T-shirt s since they are of no good to us.
