Poor customer service, my 5 year old was not tall ...

Poor customer service, my 5 year old was not tall enough to ride any rides on his own, i was unaware that he did not need tickets since he would have to ride the go carts and bumper boats on his own so i purchased a Pro package for him along with the rest of my family and was not aware that we didnt need them until we were getting on the go carts. I went inside to speak to a manager and she told me that she cant refund my tickets are good for a year, which i dont need cause i will not be returning because on top of that they only had 3 out of 7 bumper boats available, the cashiers were playing and flirting instead of helping customers so we were just standing in line. I ordered a large pizza and tried to order two small drinks for my boys but was told i couldn't order small drinks unless i ordered a kids meal which makes no sense so i had to order two medium drinks for my kids. We will not be returning here
