I have been a customer of Mohammed bin Rashid Innovation Fund for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. While they have some good initiatives, there is room for improvement. The application process was quite smooth but the response time could be faster. Overall, they have a decent selection of startups to invest in and provide good support to entrepreneurs. However, there have been a few instances where the communication was lacking or unclear. I hope they continue to work on their processes and enhance their services. #improvementopportunity
