Same issue here as most: My loan was sold to Loancare and it has been downhill ever since, primarily in regards to the same escrow issues everyone else seems to be discussing. My issues are in regards to being overcharged for escrow. Loancare has been very unresponsive and I get different answers to my questions every time I call.

I've had unresolved issues since April 2017. I opened a BBB claim recently and suggest everyone else does the same.

And as I write this, I cant wait for the boiler plate response that says "we're sorry, email us here". That response should say "We're sorry. Well, not really, but here is an email address you can contact that makes everyone reading this think that we actually are going to do something about your problems, which we arent."
