Most of the employees at The Westin are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facilities are very nice. Some things need some maintenance, like our patio door had a locking issue that didn't get fixed only jiggled with for a onetime pretend fix, some carpets in public areas were faded and-or stained, and beds are telling they have been well used. Some helpful information would have made the first couple of days more enjoyable - TV operation and station and show info, how to unhook the wand in the shower, and restaurant menus in the room for in restaurant service. In spite of these issues, we enjoyed our stay at the Westin!
