I have been using Axoom gmbh services for the past few months and I must say, they are average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience is satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time is a bit slow and sometimes it takes multiple follow-ups to get a resolution.
