I am a "Platinum" level member and recently contacted for a claim due to check engine light. I asked about my "Unlimited Towing" as part of my $6K plan. The agent gave no assurance that the towing would be covered as the issue had to be covered to receive the towing reimbursement. In order to have the issue diagnosed it has to be towed. I have no idea how much the towing will cost and or if it will be covered. Also, the company will not authorize work until its diagnosed. So, I have a feeling I'm screwed on all.
