Owens management is the worst place to rent from i lived there and unfortunately due to circumstances beyond i couldn't afford my rent anymore so as of dec 6th 2018 i had to be out of my apartment i complied with the courts and the landlord and did just that...here it is almost 2 months later and i was just served on my PLACE OF WORK with papers from the landlord for a garnishment...mind you she knew my financial situation...the very reason im not living there anymore she also knows im a single mother who takes care of her kids by my self...while living there i developed a bed bug situation and she made it her business to automatically assume that i was the one who caused the problem...so i had to pay out of pocket for that issue also...not to mention that the apartment has holes in the kitchen cabinets the toilet constantly runs and so did the fridge mind you calling them to fix things they only did it on there time.....the parking lot is horrible and so are the mailboxes..they get all this money but dont bother fixing things...the water is also bad as in water bills are over 300 dollars or more...and trust me they don't mind coming to cut you off when the bill isnt paid...i advise anyone that wants to rent DO NOT RENT FROM OWENS MANAGEMENT IT WILL LITERALLY CAUSE YOU TO WANNA TAKE YOUR OWN LIFE IF YOU'RE IN A FINANCIAL SITUATION
