I walked in with 1 bad shoulder and walked out with 2 bad shoulders.

How can this be allowed?

When I walked in all I could smell was like animal smell, I mean I love animals, but this was really bad and dog hairs every where even in the air.

I didn't even get the full hour more like 50 minutes
