I recently discovered Thunder island, and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was decent, but I found the overall design a bit lacking. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The facilities were fine, but there wasn't anything extraordinary about them. Overall, Thunder island is an average company to consider.
