I have been a customer of Faber and Faber for a few years now, and I must say they are average. Their website is easy to navigate, and they have a good selection of books, but the customer service could be improved. I have had a couple of issues with delayed shipping, and it took a while for them to respond to my queries. Overall, an average experience.
