Just got my car back from Pacific Custom Paint & Body and I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. The staff was friendly and the repair work was done well, but the process took longer than expected. The communication could have been better, as I had to call multiple times to get updates on the progress. However, I must admit that the final result was satisfactory. Overall, an average experience.
