CUSTOMER: I recently hired a sports marketing communications company for my business needs. I was pleased with the services provided. The team was professional and knowledgeable, and they delivered results within the agreed timeframe. However, I feel like the company could improve their communication and transparency. There were times when I was not updated promptly on the progress of my project, which caused some confusion. Overall, though, I would recommend their services.
