I had an average experience with Hoshizaki Denmark. Their products are decent, but their customer service needs improvement. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the support I received was not satisfactory. However, the quality of their products is good. Overall, I would say they are an average company to deal with.
